Massage Therapy
If you have received a massage before, you probably know that a massage can be relaxing and that it can loosen up sore muscles. But massage therapy is more. Stress and tension of everyday life can literally be felt in the body. I do not see physical complaints as something only physical. It has a relationship to your feelings, your thoughts, your dreams an frustrations and what is going on in your life. I see symptoms as a sign of your body that something needs attention; your attention.
That is why I work with a holistic approach. Together we will give attention to what you can feel in your body. Your body has a lot to tell you. All the answers are already there. It is a matter of learning to listen to your body (better). Together we will discuss what part of your body will receive a massage.
