Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a form of coaching which uses massage and touch. During the sessions we will not tell you what the solutions are. But will will listen with attention to what you and your body have to say. We do this from a holistic perspective.
We do not see physical complaints as something only physical. It has a relationship to your feelings, your thoughts, your dreams an frustrations and what is going on in your life. And your body has a lot to tell.
All the answers are allready there. We can learn to (better) listen to all the signals. Massage and making contact are the base of the sessions. In cooperation we can chose from:
