Chair Massage At Work
Chair Massage is a massage concentrated on the back, shoulders, neck and arms that lasts on average 20 minutes. It is a massage done with the client dressed and do not use oils. This makes this type of massage very popular and practical to be offered in corporations or events.
Why Chair Massage?
Chair Massage has the following benefits:
• Improves circulation and supports the natural recovery of the body.
• Regular massages improve body awareness. How is my posture? When I need a break?
• It is a moment of relaxation during the chaotic routine work. Many people run all day, even during the lunch hour. Making this break and creating a distance of a few minutes, often creates a renewed energy and focus to the rest of the day.
• Complaints of pain and tension in the back, neck and shoulders, often improve right after the first sessions.
Watsu or Water Shiatsu
Is a way of pressure point massage in warm water (about 35 C˚). Carried by the water and supported by the therapist you feel weightless. During the session you experience an enormous sense of freedom, which will be intensified by the fluid movements and the flowing of the water along your body. The therapist accompanies you with stretches, flexing and rotations – movements that would be hard or even impossible outside the water.
For this technique we have a special partnership with Akasha Spa at Conservatorium Hotel.
